Our Company

Tittle Construction Company, Inc. was founded in 1958 and has assisted many businesses and individuals in this community, for over 50 years. We are a reputable ‘local’ company with experienced crews and staff.

We began as a small, residential home builder in the Johnson City area with our Golden Rule in mind…provide a respectable construction service at a great price for everyone in our community. After many home construction projects, we began to develop land; installing new roads and utilities for the placement new residential subdivisions. We continued to develop more subdivisions like Crystal Springs Subdivision in Gray, Briarwood Subdivision and Limited Edition in Johnson City.

Years later, as our reputation built, we began working with the commercial and industry community, constructing concrete pads and miscellaneous structures. In 1980, after many years in the residential market, Tittle Construction decided to take on its first full size commercial project…constructing it from the ground up. It proved to be the defining moment that would shape the company for years to come. Since then, we have constructed hundreds of projects for all types of businesses. Providing pre-engineered steel buildings to the industrial, commercial, and retail sectors.

Though we have become a fully commercial construction firm now, we still remember our modest beginnings and our commitment to our customers, while keeping the Golden Rule in mind at all times.
