Walt Tittle, Sr
Owner / President
Walt, an East Tennessee native, began his personal odyssey in construction in 1958. He started his business career by renovating homes, then he began working full-time in new home construction. Several years later, Walt found what he enjoyed most - commercial construction! In 1980, he founded Tittle Construction Company, Inc., in which he is still the sole owner.
Today, Walt enjoys working with his company. He still participates in the daily activities of the office...and oversees all jobs personally!
He also finds time to hunt and raise award-winning Tennessee Walking Horses.
Jeff Hale
Vice President
Jeff, also an East Tennessee native, serves as the workhorse behind Tittle Construction's efficient and courteous staff. He is responsible for Customer Relations, Estimating, AutoCAD designs, and sub-Contractor Coordinations.
Jeff has been part of Tittle Construction and the construction industry for over 20 years. His education includes Degrees in Architectural and Machine Tool Designs.
After hours, Jeff is a Baseball Coach to his two sons, Caleb & Ethan Hale.
Rebecca Foster
Accounting
Rebecca takes care of all financial aspects for Tittle Construction. Her duties include
accounts payable and receivables, payroll, job cost, insurances, and invoicing.
Rebecca has been with Tittle Construction Company for over 8 years. She runs the financial end of company with efficiency and keeps everyone in check. Her education includes a Degree in Allied Health.
Rebecca also enjoys spending time with her children and residential interior design work.
Mary Ann Banner
Secretary
Mary Ann serves as the focal point of Tittle Construction's services. "She is the first person most people see when they come in our door, she always presents a great first impression." She has been a member of the Tittle Construction family for over 12 years.
In addition to Mary Ann's secretarial duties, she handles Workman Compensation Certificates, lease records, and Mr. Tittle's personal Walking Horse information.
In her spare time, Mary Ann teaches aerobics and plays the cello. She is also raising her new daughter, Chloe.
Tittle Construction also has Mr. Jerry Traylor, a former Structural Engineer and Star Building Systems Plant Manager, acting as our Jobsite Superintendent / Foreman. Jerry has been with the Tittle Construction family for over 10 years!
Walt Tittle III is the company's newest employee. Walt will one day step into his grandfather's shoes and guide the company's future.
